PRESENTERS
Mary Boesel Rauwolf – Mary is an active member of Safe Communities’ Parent Addiction Network (PAN), a group of parents and advocates working together to improve care and provide resources to families of people suffering from addiction. Mary lost her son Conrad to a heroin and prescription drug overdose in 2015.

Megan E. Gussick, MD – Dr. Megan Gussick is a part of the EMS Section team that works closely with pre-hospital providers. She currently serves as the Medical Director for Madison Fire Department and the Dane County Tactical Team as well as is a flight physician with UW Med Flight. Dr. Gussick has worked in the pre-hospital setting in the Madison area for almost 15 years and through this experience believes that EMS serves as the critical link to the local health care system through the ED.
